Simply caravan to a state RV Rally or mini rally in a group of three or more, fill out the SC Caravan Patch Certification form, have it signed by your Chapter Wagonmaster, and bring it to the Good Sam Store during the rally to purchase the patch. Future caravans to South Carolina RV Rallies will allow you to qualify for a State Tree patch to go around the original patch.
